Dear Great Hearts Christian Academies – South Mountain Families,
I hope this letter finds you and your family well and enjoying the early days of summer break.
We had indicated previously that we would let you know about the opening of our South Mountain campus [1] in Fall of 2025 by this time.
While we received strong interest in our South Mountain campus and have built a substantial interest list for a Great Hearts Christian Academy launch, we have not received the number of new student application that will allow us to open this Fall. As such, we will continue to seek and build interest in the community for a Fall 2026 launch. So please continue to spread the word and stay in touch with us so you can hear the latest news about events and our campus launch.
Families can take immediate action now:
- Spread the word to families and friends to join our South Mountain interest list [2]
- Please consider enrolling in one of our two Great Hearts Christian Academies for next year. We have campuses in Gilbert [3] and Maryvale [4] that are still enrolling for grade K-7 for this Fall. Please let us know if you would like to meet with us [5] about this opportunity for your child and you may apply here [6].
- EAGLE South Mountain Charter School (our educational partner at the campus), provides a strong academic program that your family may want to consider if commuting or carpooling to the Great Hearts Christian Academies is not an option for your family. Please learn more here [7].
